Tyra Banks Gives Up Her Talk Show

The Tyra Show is finally going out of business, because the former model says she would like to focus on other projects, such as producing films.

The show was set in New York, and Tyra (well, mostly her helpers) would wander the streets of Manhattan, asking women questions about makeup, their sex lives, and other personal things.

I don’t think too many people are really disappointed that the show is over…. there are only so many “shocking” topics Tyra could come up with, and anyway, her one look is getting old.

Andre Leon To Judge America’s Next Top Model

If anyone still cares, or watches this show, you would be interested to know that for the next season, Tyra Banks has recruited best friend/Baby Phat designer, Kimora Lee Simmons and Vogue’s Andre Leon Talley to judge the contest with her. Maybe even full time.

Andre Leon Talley is the Editor-At-Large for American Vogue. He has been in fashion for more than 25 years, and often uses his powers to promote and influence dozens of young designers.

Will this help Tyra pull in new viewers? Or is the show so dead she couldn’t get anyone else to join her?
